My entire life, I’ve been fascinated by how social change happens.
It’s easy to feel small and powerless in the chaos of modern life.
But then you realize something: Our choices and actions created the world we live in today.
So, our choices and actions can create the world we want to live in tomorrow.
I’ve studied the science and art of social impact for over 20 years. I’ve started and led organizations, mobilized tens of thousands of community volunteers, and advised hundreds of others on how to get started and grow their social good organizations.
Through all of that, this is the most important thing I’ve learned:
Changemakers are made, not born.
The leaders who succeed at making a difference are just like you or me.
But what they have – what makes them successful – is the support, the skills, and the clarity of vision required to drive positive change.
That’s why I’m on a mission to equip more changemakers with the tools, training, and strategic support they need to make an impact.
